For stock SCX24 chassis, the ESC tray must be trimmed to fit the motor. Battery: 3S batteries are highly recommended for optimal performance and smoother low-speed control. Note: Some noise at mid-throttle is normal for the 1721 motor due to its high-speed, open-rotor design. This does not indicate a defect. The 1721 Gold Viper is best for rigs under 700g. For heavier rigs, we recommend the 2204 Fat Viper for stronger drag brake performance.
