Furthermore, the big 1/16 scale and the highly detailed finish are very attractive. 【Two types of engine start sound】 For the real Tiger I, besides of starting with an automatic starter motor, the engine can be started by manually turning the crank to protect the battery in cold environments. This model reproduces this procedure. A manual crank start sound can be heard if you first switch on the transmitter, and a automatic engine start sound can be heard if you first switch on the receiver. Moreover, when the temperature drops, the manual crank start sound can be heard regardless of which switch is turned on first, which enhances the feeling even more. 【All the real sounds!】 The only working King Tiger tank in the world is on display at the Saumur Tank Museum in France. Since the Tiger I used basically the same type of Maybach powerplant, some Tamiya staff members made their way to France to investigate.
