Key updates include a revised 3-gear laydown transmission that reduces rotational mass, strengthened front suspension arms with a hinge pin brace for added durability, updated steering and caster blocks for easier assembly and lighter weight, lowered shock towers and arm mounts for a reduced center of gravity, and enhanced drivetrain options that improve efficiency, consistency, and overall race-day performance.

The RC10B7.1 is optimized for carpet, astroturf, and high-grip clay with a high-volume gear differential, stiffer springs, and higher pack pistons, while the RC10B7.1D is tuned for dirt and low-grip surfaces using a ball differential, softer springs, and smoother damping for maximum control.
